What People says about this recipe?
Chelsea Janae Kern; Used steak bites instead of ground beef and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Yummmmm.
Lezlie Dorn; This was super easy (my husband and girls made it!) and delish. We used homemade canned beef roast instead. And we needed a little more than 2 cups beef broth. Very good!
Leah Shannon; Removed the mushrooms because I’m allergic but love, love, love this meal! So tasty!!!
Erica gordon; Made it just as directed with Better than Bouillon. It was pretty good, but I think it was missing one spice that would have put it over the top.
Rachael Osterloh; We did steak instead of ground beef so I added the meat right before adding the flour and broth and only slightly browned it so that it didn’t get over cooked. I also increased the sour cream making it about a cup and it was super creamy and amazing! Definitely a staple in our house now.
Kristina Webb; Worked great! My kids loved it. I made it gluten/dairy free with coconut flour and gf noodles bc we have celiac disease at our house. I also added Worcestershire sauce and onion. So good.
M C; Made this last night and it was pretty good but i had to doctor it up some. Definitely needed more sour cream; 1/3 of a cup just was not enough. I added more garlic powder and pepper as well. It was great after that.
Rachael Osterloh; Super amazing! My hubby used to love the hamburger helper crap but got disappointed the last time we had it so I decided to find a recipe. This was 10 times better! I did add extra sour cream only because I didn’t want to save what little would have been left so I probably doubled it. My hubby became Gollum over it so definitely a winner!
Kathie Pretty; Made this tonight. We added Worcestershire sauce, and a McCormick Spicy Pepper Medley spice, and it was really, really good. We both loved it and will make it again.
