Bonnie Goodwin; tried this and it was good. would serve with coleslaw and baked/green beans if necessary. I used marketside (walmart) shredded rotisserie chicken.
Christianna Herb; Changed it up, but similar concept: I used mini tortillas, layered Mexican cheese between two small round tortillas, then added the bbq sauce/chicken/cheese and garnished with green onions and garlic. Delicious and so filling!
Tegan; I fried tortillas, added corn and black beans. Tried it with turkey because my chicken was frozen. Every enjoyed it. My husband topped his with sour cream.
freckled jellyfish; Quick and easy! Tastes great. Helpful tip: instead of buying rotisserie chicken, just bake your own breasts before hand. When it’s time to make the tostadas, grate the chicken breasts with a cheese grater for a quick pulled look.
Keyonna; These were reaaally good and easy! Family loved them! I only added bellpepper and onions and allowed it all meat bbq veggies to simmer for a few minutes and used my own choice of cheese and sprinkled with chives. Killer and quick!
