Donna Deprey; I used my favorite Primal Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing/marinade instead of Italian instead of Zesty Italian. It is hands down one of the best tasting and easiest chicken dinners I’ve had in a long time. I did increase the temp to 425 and roasted the veggies for 25-30 minutes before adding the chicken. All ovens are different but the results are the same. Yummy!!!
6 tablespoons basalmic vinegar
1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
1.5 pounds chicken tenders
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
6 to 8 baby potatoes- sliced in half
1 cup baby carrots
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
