Klinda Israel; The chicken thighs were tender & juicy with just the right amount of heat for me. I only used 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper & I very lightly seasoned the chicken with garlic salt, pepper & a little bit of onion powder before adding the seasoning mixture. I covered the chicken with saran wrap & let it sit in the seasonings for about 30 minutes before cooking. Would definitely make this again👍🏾
Des Dolan; Quick and easy to meal prep for the week. I served it with 4 cheese risotto. Only thing I would change up next time is to make it spicier by adding more cayenne pepper (I would’ve preferred more of a kick)!
Chelsea; Turned out great.. you can really taste the sweet heat. Also I used chicken breast instead and added onion powder and lawrys seasoning to the mix as well.
Stellar Worx; Used bone-in chicken thighs with skin on. I boiled the chicken first then marinated them. Since I’m not into spicy food, I used 1/4 tsp instead of 1/2 for both paprika and cayenne. Came out wonderful and delicious!!
Eva O’Neill; They were pretty good! I definitely loved the flavor. But I think I cooked it a bit too high or too long? Just be careful of that, ended up with caramelized rock hard build up on the plates. I’m pretty certain that was my mistake and not a recipe flaw lol.
Veronica Hurley; OMG!!! This was so good and so easy! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them in half so they were thinner. This allowed the chicken to cook through, but not burn the glaze.
Pam Story; Husband and I loved this and very easy and quick meal. Served on white rice with broccoli. Used boneless chicken thighs cooked evenly.
Antoinette Perez; This was delish! A winner with the hubby and kiddos. Served over white sticky rice and drizzled siracha hot sauce all over. YUM!!
