One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken & Potatoes Dinner Recipes

What people says about this recipe?

MyBestIslandLife; Doubled the sauce and added a splash of white wine. I also stirred the potatoes halfway through cooking so they wouldn’t stick to the pan. Overall, It was an easy dish to prepare.

Erin Little; It was delicious!! Didn’t stay so close to the recipe, but it turned out great. Definitely will make again!

Stacy Lid; This turned out great! I over cooked a little 😬However my family had seconds, they loved it!

Emily Mills; Absolutely loved it!!!!! I did 1 small potato, 1 slice of sweet potato, beans and a few pieces of broccoli per person. The flavour was amazing! Chicken was a little dry though, will add a little more water next time. Was a big hit with everyone.

Jessi Garber; The whole family enjoyed this recipe. The chicken skin had such a nice texture and sweet flavor. We flipped the thighs over once we added the green beans to the pan. The honey mustard sauce complimented the green beans very well.

Dyan Hunter; Super yummy . I suggest making extra sauce and tossing beans in before putting in oven. Also used whatever mustard I had in fridge as well as baking potatoes .Worked great. I’d do it again.

Jessica L; Yummy! Will definitely make this again! Beans only needed 7 mins or shorter probably.

Christine Anderson; This meal was delicious! I had to double the recipe since there are some very hungry people in my house. Since I didn’t have an oven proof skillet large enough, I transferred the chicken and potatoes into a roasting pan to finish cooking. The potatoes took a little longer than 45 minutes and the green beans should’ve gone in about 10 minutes earlier. All in all, it worked out and the meal was a hit!

Kat Rosenberg; I used chicken breast instead of chicken thighs and it was a good alternative. Also, I would recommend covering the dish with tin foil before putting it in the oven so the potatoes cook thoroughly and so the chicken and vegetables don’t dry out. We loved this recipe! 🙂
