Dana Koubar; Rice was delicious and very simple to make. Used frozen veggies that had beans in them. Used a vegetarian stock instead of chicken stock. Served it with a side of yogurt herbed sauce.
Estefanni Nicole; Used short grain rice (only one on hand) it was good but a little crunchy. Needed a little more salt, i used vegan “chicken” broth, minced garlic, & chickpeas. Will make again with long grain rice.
