Susan Welsch; When i make this, i use 2 boxes of Uncle Bens Wild and Long Grain rice (or 2 boxes Rice Pilaf) along with their seasoning packets..mix the rice along with the canned soups and water then pour into a greased 9×13 pan .sprinkle the packet of Onion soup mix over the chicken, cover with foil and cook for about 90 minutes at 325 degrees..its awesome!
