Jodi Blagg; Very good! I made it in the crock pot. First put the onions, oil and cumin in on high for 45 minutes, then added garlic and spices and cooked on high for another 15 minutes. Added the rest and cooked on low for 6 hours. Awesome. Next time do 1.5x spices.

Missy Capps; Absolutely delicious! I’m not vegan and neither is the hubby so I added 2 chicken breasts, gypsy peppers, and tad bit of sugar to sweeten it and it was wonderful. So flavorful! Definitely will make again!
