Yesenia Antimo; Made this for dinner tonight and we loved it. Followed the recipe as is, but did feel that the turkey needed a bit more seasoning so I added some seasoning salt and some red pepper flakes. I used reduced fat mozzarella and it was great. Will definitely be making this again.
