Haley Howard; One of my favorites! I’ve made it multiple times. I use Tony’s Creole seasoning for flavor and a combination of whatever type of cheeses I have on hand. I at about 1/4 cup extra flour and don’t add water. It usually takes about 30 min at 400 then an additional 5-7 for the cheese.
