Carol Brickles-Geick; I made my meatballs. I used dark brown sugar I had on hand…..I would not do again. Regular brown sugar would be best. & would rather have fresh garlic. We enjoyed meatball subs with the sauce a nice change & next night on rice. Yummy. I’d like it with chicken, better.
Terah Webb; Great recipe! Got raves at a big party. I tripled the recipe to feed more. There isn’t much sauce. I prefer meatballs that way but if you like them in sauce I would make more sauce to meatball ratio.
