VEGAN Sweet and Spicy Roasted Cauliflower –– FAVORITE easy side dish. Toss everything in a bag, roast it, and you’re done. I usually eat half of it off the sheet pan before dinner!!
What people says about this recipe?
Jannette Villafranca; It was a delicious side dish! However, I used 1 tbsp of Siracha as many comments stated it was too spicy with 2tbsps, but my 1tbsp wasn’t spicy at all! It was flavorful, bit next time I’d use the 2tbps.
Ariel Reid; Definitely a keeper. I substituted olive oil for sesame oil and since I didn’t have any siracha I used a sweetnspicy Panda Express sauce and added some red pepper flakes. So yummy 😋
Noell Bulka; Yummy and spicy! I served it over jasmine rice with steamed pea pods and yellow squash. So easy and fast to make!😋
Abi Ward; It’s so good! I used sweet and sour sauce and added some hot sauce to that instead, it was perfect. Served with steamed veggies and rice.
Jacqueline Sok; I literally found this recipe 40 minutes ago and made it right away because I couldn’t figure out what else to make with my cauliflower and it taste amazing!! 😻
Hannah Harmonise Yamashita Chiaki; It was absolutely delicious! I only seasoned them with olive oil, honey bbq sauce and chicken bouillon!
April Pettigrew; So super delicious! Normally I don’t find Sriracha terribly spicy, with that being said this was really spicy! The sweetness did balance it out some. Roasting it in the oven cooked it perfectly! If your considering trying this recipe out I highly encourage it! I’ll defiantly be making this again!
Rachel Zinn; Really tasty! I used a whole head of cauliflower and did not increase any of the other ingredients, turned out great.
Thamara Winqvist; I used my own ingredients conveniently in my home. I also added bread crumbs for extra crunch although it did not stick well. Still sooo delicious and very satisfying. I believe cooking it this way doesn’t significantly effect the nutritious value, yay!
