What people says about this recipe?
Allie Gillespie; One of my favorite recipes that I’ve made a few times. I cook mine on low broil for a little longer since I like my steak more medium-well.
Scissors&Glue; We love cooking on one sheet pan for dinners! This was very quick and very yummy! Next time I will slip the veggies in the oven for a little bit before the steak to really roast them up a bit more, then add the steak. We used large fresh tomatoes instead of grape. 🙂
Blakely Green; Did ours with just colorful tomatoes, broccoli, and squash. Threw in some garlic cloves as well! Perfect dinner for my family! So easy and good!
Renee Cokes; Delicious! I prefer my steak medium to medium well so I started it on low broil on the middle rack for 6 minutes, then moved it to the second rack and broiled on high for another 5 minutes each side.
Chelsea Stratton; Used 2 lbs potatoes. Baked both pans at 400 for 20 mins, took out the steak and continued cooking the potatoes an additional 10 min. Turned out perfect!
Shannon O’Donnell; This was great! I didn’t add potatoes but I did use broccoli, peppers, and squash, along with the tomatoes. I roasted the vegetables alone at 400 for about 10 minutes before adding the steak and broiling. My steak was on the thicker side so I found that it needed about 15 minutes for a medium rare.
Tshidi Mathalise; My man and I made this dish this evening. We left out the tomatoes and boiled potatoes instead, for 5/7min before broiling everything. Also we sliced our steak after the searing and broiling was done to help seal in the moisture. It was a success!! Looks as good as it tastes. 👌🏾👌🏾
Tiffany Rollings; Super good and easy! I added a lot more garlic than mentioned in the recipe. I also made a separate pan of just broccoli and potatoes for the left over steak for lunch the next day. It reheated great! I Will be using this recipe for the foreseeable future!
Jamie Clark Flaherty; Delicous way to make a cheap steak! I subbed sweet potato rough chopped cubes (baked for 15 mins. @400 instead of boiling) and did a 5 minute on Lo broil and 5 on high flipping in between. No complaints! My veggies came out darker but that gave them that delicious roasted flavor.
