Clarissa Lozano; Delicious! I just made an extra batch of the seasoning to put on the meat and I added extra olive oil to my veggies. Also watch out for the time. I’d def do a total of 10 min in the oven. Maybe even less.

Cristy Fine; I cooked on 2 pans to have more space and to cook veggies a little longer. Definitely do not cook meat more than 5 min each side. I took the advice of some others and cut back a little on the cumin and doubled the marinade to use for meat.
