Pork Medallions with Blue Cheese Sauce make a delicious one-pan weeknight dinner that’s on the table in 30 minutes! Fancy enough for a date night but so easy to make even if you aren’t totally kitchen confident.
What people says about this recipe?
Cynthia J Carter; Obsessed with this. One of my new favorite pork tenderloin recipes! Highly recommend.
Jen St; We really loved the sauce, although I would cook the shallots longer. It took much, much longer to get thick chops done (as opposed to the 2-4 mins indicated in the recipe). Next time, I think I’d just make the sauce and put it over anything: chicken breast or cheaper cut of pork.
Jean Orsborn Smothers Causey; Made this tonight with a few changes. I used cream cheese and garlic dill curds along with sautéed mushrooms. I highly recommend this recipe. Very easy, very good. Thank you for sharing.
Theresa Ryan; Quick and delicious. Definitely will make it again. Use Blue Cheese and Wine that you like the taste of because this dish really brings out both flavors.
Arlene Vasseur; Made this, it was absolutely delicious, I did not add all the blue cheese and used chicken broth instead of wine because I never had any. Definitely will make this again!
Joanna Maynard; So delicious. I used pork chops as that’s what I had in my freezer. Totally loved it. Had over rice pilaf. Will definitely make again, the flavor was outstanding.
juanita booher; It was delicious. I made mine with chicken breasts instead of pork tenderloins. Amazingly delicious.. I will for sure do this dish again.. I used Pinot Grigio white wine in the recipe.
Lea Frazier; So delicious and easy. Make sure you check your meat temp before you remove it from your pan the first time. It will need to be cooked a little longer than what the recipe calls for.
Hannah Lloyd; Omg! This is delicious! I’m a massive fan of blue cheese and it just added to the flavour. So quick and easy as well, it will certainly be a recipe I’ll be doing again.
