Delicious Italian-seasoned veggies and sausage all made in one pan. A great and healthy meal prep idea!
What people says about this recipe?
Natalie; only had a deep roasting dish, but it worked out fine. I used beef and red wine sausages – delicious 😋
Kindra R. Speech; Great healthy recipe! I just adjusted my recipe to use frozen (steam bag veggies) I got from dollar store because it’s difficult for me to use my right arm due to Lymphadema and pain issues. I used Hillshire Farm fully cooked turkey sausage, a few teaspoons of olive oil, No Salt seasoning and Italian seasoning (both from Dollar Tree), put on parchment paper, mixed it around good, spread it out, and baked at 400 for 10 min. Took out, stirred up, then back in oven another 10min. Since I used pre-cooked veggies, I probably could have taken them out sooner. I guess the point is to make sure (if fresh veggies are used) that they are done. This is a healthy, inexpensive, and delicious recipe that I will eat on for a few days! It occurred to me that it might even be delicious over some hot grits in the morning for breakfast! I can’t wait to try more “Sheet Pan Recipes” because I need healthy, easy, and quick meals just for myself.
Jorie Simpson; I changed it up some and used a bunch of different seasonings (Italian, garlic salt, seasoned salt, black pepper, parsley, basil). I also made lightly seasoned rice (butter, seasoned salt, Italian) to go with it. This is a popular dish in my house 😊
Lynn Hensley; Amazing and simple! I doubled the carrots because those are our fav. Mine got slightly overcooked because – babies lol but it was still delicious.
Stacey Ann; Needs a little more garlic. Next time I’m going to add minced garlic. The veggies I used were cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and some sweet peppers. Served over spinach paste. Was delicious!
Riley Knight; SO yummy! We deviated from the recipe and used turkey kielbasa and a few different veggies, but the sizing and cooking instructions for the veggies were spot on! Made one pan mild for the #DonaldDucklings and one pan spicy for the adults. All loved it!
Evangelyn Long; Tossed them all together in a bowl, seasoned well, and placed on top of foil! Did broccoli, bell peppers, & corn. Cooked according to directions & it came out perfect! I used chicken sausage – personal preference!
Dana Carey; Love this recipe! I’ve used all kind of veggies including zucchini, squash, rainbow carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans. I toss it in a bowl with uncle Bens quinoa wild rice mix for a quick easy dinner.
