Kitten; Simple great recipe! And it can be made vegan! I had no veggie “oyster”(basically it’s mushroom) sauce, so I just used extra tamari/soysauce instead. I also substituted red pepper flakes with sambal oelek and added 1/4 tsp chopped ginger. It was a hit at my home 😊 Thank you.

Yvette Casarez Skelton; It was great! Kids loved it. I had to use arrowroot instead of cornstarch and sushi rice instead of white rice. Next time I think I might use less starch, it was a little too sticky, not sure if it was due to the substitutions I made but I had to add a little bit of water. Regardless we loved it!! Great Recipe!
