Nicole Hazey; Soooo…I basically made this without following the recipe because I live in the south, and we don’t cook anything without good seasoning, garlic and onion at the very least. I used Tony Chacherie’s on my chicken, cut half an onion, fresh minced garlic, and I pan seared my chicken before the oven ever came into play. I broiled the tomato balsamic mixture with chicken and mozzarella cheese for 15 min, and served with broccoli (keto life). My kids ate ALL of it. Do yourself a flavor – season your chicken well and use extra butter & balsamic. The more saucy, the better.
