What people says about this recipe?
Virginia Mize; I’ve made this several times. So good and filling on a cold night!! We usually add a little more kielbasa just because we like it.
Brittany Green; Very good and hubby-approved! Used two packs of smoked sausage, red potatoes (didn’t peel them), and cream of chicken instead of mushroom. Didn’t have creole so used my own seasonings. Also added fresh garlic and fried the sausage and onions beforehand.
Michelle Schnittker; Delicious and so simple. Will definitely be making it again…and will double the recipe!
Shannon O’Donnell; Love this meal! I follow the recipe exactly with the addition of baby carrots…really yummy!
Courtney Kicklighter; Tasty and easy. I added a half can more soup since my hubby can’t have onions and we wouldn’t get liquid from that. Good for nights when kids have sports practice in evenings. Served with salad.
Jill Partain; I used minced onion and Mrs. Dash instead of a large onion and creole seasoning. It was really good!
Shelly Hardin; Really easy and very yummy! Don’t even have to peel the potatoes! I added salt & fresh ground pepper t the recipe. Definitely, husband approved. 😊
Decoda Wallace; It wasn’t bad, defiantly a winter food. I made it on a 105 degree day. I do think it’s missing something. Maybe sauerkraut or sour cream. But my husband loved it and we will do it again.
Betty Stokes; This was very good! It was a little greasy because of the sausage. I did not include the creole seasoning because my husband does not care for it.
Liz Hebert; We absolutely loved this. I sautéed the sausage and onions together in a pan first. That way I was able to drain all the fat off. My hubby said it reminded him of the smothered potatoes his mom used to make and that I haven’t been able to recreate until now. We will definitely be making this again.
