Janis Brooks; Delicious! I used leftover shredded rotisserie chicken instead of fresh, and also added some Italian sausage. Swapped out the red pepper for five sundried tomatoes, used chopped kale instead of spinach.

Then add the tortellini the evening you plan to eat this deliciousness. It is also great leftover. Would definitely make again soon!
Brooke Wagenheim; Made this tonight, used milk instead of heavy cream. My husband and kids loved it and all asked for seconds. I thought it was good, but not fabulous. I think fresh thyme would be better as I am not a big fan of the flavor dried herbs bring. No complaints here though- will make it again since they loved it.
