I used fresh squeezed lime all over the avocados and then another squeeze over the whole salad after mixing it all together with the meat. I used small cherry tomatoes cut in half instead of a regular tomato and extra everything! This would also be fantastic with a creamy avocado lime dressing as well.

Carolyn Bock; SO GOOD. To add some more flavor to the dressing, add fresh squeezed juice from 1 lime, extra 1tbsp olive oil, and 1/2 jalapeño pepper, chopped (I did it without the seeds to just have the flavor without the heat).

Carrie Furr; This is Fantastic!! We did have to make the mix for the chicken a couple of times bc we found it really only covered 2 pieces front and back. We also added lime juice to the salad.

guarded heart; I used half and half lettuce (because that’s what I always buy). Added Monterey jack cheese. Used green onions instead of red. Seared chicken in cast iron then baked in oven. Added lime juice to the olive oil to make lime vinegarette dressing. Topped with Chipotle cheddar tortilla strips. Excellent!!
