Casey Joy; It was delicious! I didn’t feel like measuring so I measured by eye. Also only had panko breadcrumbs so I put Italian seasoning into the mayo mix- I think it made for a much deeper flavor than flavored breadcrumbs. It looked pretty close to the picture and I didn’t have issues with the mixture melting/sliding off.

Desiree; It was very tasty however all the cheese and mayo melted off the chicken so I had to scrape it off the pan and put it on the chicken…still tasty.
