And I use 1.5 lbs beef Shoulder chuck roast with half of a red pepper and half of an orange pepper. And about 1/2 cup of red onion.

Yvonne Mancino; The best fajita recipe! It requires little prep, and is really easy. The seasoning is way better than store bought seasoning, I make a lot and put it in a spice jar to already have it ready. I make the recipe a little spicier by using either habanero salsa or just adding the seeds from the bell peppers and more red pepper flakes. Love this recipe!
