What people says about this recipe?
Sheena Rosenquist; This was really flavorful. Wouldn’t change a thing. Be sure to spoon the sauce over the salmon before you broil.
Sabrina Garcia; Delicious! My husband loved it! I had to make one without “green stuff” for my 7yo daughter. I served with asparagus and mashed potatoes. 😋
Samantha Carrano; Soooo good. It came out so tender in the foil packet and then broil at the end made little crispy bits.
Venice G; I paired it with sautéed spinach and mushrooms. Delicious! nfortunately, I didn’t have any foil left, so I used parchment paper.
Christine Bautista; Good recipe! it’s a nice change of flavor profile for salmon if you’re not used to cooking with mustard. I’d suggest to taste the sauce before you baste your fish, adding more lemon juice or honey if the mustard flavor is too strong for your liking.
Melanie; Delicious! The only thing I did differently was sprinkle my salmon with salt, pepper & garlic powder. My family loved it (the two year old, too).
B Dk; We used cilantro instead of parsley. Cooking time was more like 23 mins inside the oven. Reduce honey by 1/4?if you don’t like your fish too sweet. Overall, fabulous recipe – Will make it again. Thank you!
Charissa; Really really good…and I’m not a fish person. I did marinade with some EVOO and the spices for a few hours.
Whitney James; Turned out pretty tasty. I added seasonings to the salmon prior to adding the mixture to ensure it had enough flavor. I’ll make this again.
Kaylee Cook; Pretty good. I asked my hubs to do the broiling part at the end, and I don’t think he turned the oven hot enough. I think it would have tasted better if that step was completed. Otherwise good!
Brenda Flowers; This is a delicious and easy recipe. The lemon juice thins the sauce more than I would like. Next time, I will try applying lemon juice directly on salmon and then the spoon the remainder of the sauce so it will adhere better. Have reserved a little sauce to serve at the table.
