Slow Cooker “Melt in Your Mouth” Pot Roast ~ The meat is juicy and fall-apart tender. The vegetables are cooked just right and are full of flavor. The seasonings are simply spot on and the broth yields a fabulous gravy-like sauce that is divine when poured over everything prior to serving.

Linda Scardigno; Followed the recipe exactly- so easy and so good! Definitely a new favorite! The meat is very flavorful and tender!
Madeline DG; I didn’t cook the potatoes in the pot since I didn’t have enough room, but I made mashed potatoes to go on the side (or underneath.) Definitely an all time favorite meal on a busy school/work day to come home & have dinner ready!
Danielle Ottman; So so delicious!! Amazing that some short prep time in the am produces something so fantastic. Used fresh herbs instead of dried. This will be a fam favorite.
Alexia Wold; Turned out great! I doctored it a little from the other comments below with what I had on hand. 2 bay leaves, the whole can of beef broth, and some Worcestershire sauce Had to make my own seasoning mix because I didn’t have steak seasoning. I might add some fresh garlic cloves next time. Also used flour instead of cornstarch for the gravy and it turned out well. Thanks!
Taylor Christy Lea Baldwin; My one and only pot roast recipe, I love it!! We used a grass fed chuck roast from a local farm.
Kimmie Albers; Added mushrooms…celery didnt cook all the way…cooked 5 hours on high, threw in a potroast seasoning packet and cooked gravy on the stove. Amazing
Priscilla; Easy recipe! Tastes amazing…definitely making it again. I paired with asparagus. With the leftovers I made sliders with a bit of bbq sauce and pickles it was the best.
