Crunchy baked breaded cauliflower pieces are coated with honey garlic sauce. It’s an easy and delicious weeknight meal.
What people says about this recipe?
April Hannah; Delicious. I had to substitute a few things…used plain bread crumbs instead of Panko, hot sauce instead of sriracha and flour and water instead of cornstarch. Tasted great to me with those substitutes. I also had natural honey from a bee keeper 🙂
Emma Coffey; Cauliflower was not as crispy as desired, but still had a good flavor. Sauce was too sweet but remedied with extra garlic and soy sauce. Served over rice. Would make again.
Angelina Suarez; So so so so good !!! I left the cauliflower in the oven for twice as long and it came out great! I doubled the sauce also, and added more than the recommended amounts of garlic, honey, and sriracha!
Julia Hynes; Great! Served it over rice and used whole wheat bread crumbs. The sauce was sticky, but overall it was sure good. The family loved it!
Daniel Stimson; Dipping every piece of cauliflower into bread crumbs took forever. But it was yummy and I’d make it again. For the sauce, I recommend sautéing the garlic in the pan before adding the other ingredients. If you throw in raw garlic like the recipe says, it’s overpowering.
Elizabeth Atwood; This was so good…and addicting! Made mine gluten-free and vegan by using a low sodium, gluten-free soy sauce and an egg substitute, gf and vegan panko breadcrumbs (I may have forgotten to mention another substitute 🤔). Made it over brown rice and green beans as a side. It says ‘easy weeknight recipe’…although it wasn’t difficult (the gooey egg substitute was a bummer) but it was a bit time consuming. Next time I’ll use pre-minced garlic and pre-cut cauliflower. I used HALF a head of cauliflower and needed more sauce, so I would also do a double batch of sauce next time. Whew! Okay…I’m out!
