This Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole is so good! So satisfying. One of my favorite breakfast ideas.
What people says about this recipe?
Tina Valdez; So good! I used regular sausage instead to be kid friendly and everybody loved it.
Kimberly; Tried out well. Think I’ll add spicy peppers and onions next time, kick it up a notch.
Nana Renda; So what I did was use spring onions, some masala, 2 packets of breakfast sausage links chopped them up before browning them, 1packet of thick bacon ( chopped it up and browned) . I did not brown the hash browns. Added all to my pan.Used 1 cup whole milk and 1 cup whipping cream. With the rest of the ingredients per recipe. Mixed all. Stashed it in my fridge over night and it was good to go next morning after 45min in the oven😋😋😋. Happy Holidays
Hįłårÿ ńØwåk; I cut the recipe in half and added an extra egg. I also added peppers, green onions, and green chilis. My boyfriend loved it but I think next time I’m going to use less sausage, as it overpowered the hash browns and eggs.
Viola Knabe; This is by far one of our family favorites. I have a few picky eaters and even they enjoy this meal.
Elizabeth Perez; Hashbrown, sausage, eggs and cheese casserole , I added green and red peppers and onions delicious 😋
Dannie Bell; Huge hit in my house. I browned the potatoes first, added caramelized onions, added roasted garlic, and used 1 cup milk. Baked for 25 minutes & was perfect!!!! Added a little bacon on top, too. Enjoy
Krystin Lazarus-Vecchione; Delicious!!!!! We used frozen latkes instead of hash browns (bc that’s what we had on hand) but it was very tasty!!! Even my picky eater tried some and liked it!! The only thing is that I had to cook it about 10 minutes longer than this recipe says for the eggs to be cooked all the way through (so about 45-50 minutes).
