This is one of my easy go-to healthy breakfast recipes. The Turkey Egg Breakfast Casserole is also a family favorite and falls under the “paleo” category.
What people says about this recipe?
Jamee Binner; I also halved the recipe to test it for my private meal prep clients! All I added was a little more salt to my taste. It is delicious and it will be on my menu!
Angie Batdorf; This was a nice and simple egg bake! I used egg whites, diced Canadian bacon, turkey breakfast sausage bits and orange peppers. The bottom layer I used shredded zucchini. Basically I put the zucchini down and then mixed up the rest and baked it 😊❤️
Madi Greenwell; Super easy and yummy! I added different seasonings to make the turkey more like breakfast sausage and ate it with salsa.
Brittany Edwards; I’ll be sure to slice my sweet potatoes thinner next time and rotate the pan. Very good!
Sarah DaMetz; Sooo good! We switched out the ground turkey for spicy breakfast sausage- turned out amazing!
Kelly Nott; Added some cumin and cayenne to the turkey and added orange peppers for extra crunch. Great recipe to make for the work week.
Brianna Rocko; I assembled everything the night before and it turned out great! I used a 9×13 pan and doubled the turkey and spices, added a diced onion, and orange bell pepper for more flavor. Used 17 eggs and 1 medium sized sweet potato. Cooked at 375 degrees for 52 minutes and this was perfect. Next time I would add another layer of sweet potatoes. 7 carbs and 31 grams of protein in each slice (cut into 9 slices).
Amber Adams; Super yummy ! And healthy ! I used turkey bacon instead and added a ton of veggies☺️(onion mushroom green peppers )
