LAURA; We’re enjoying this right now! Definitely needed 10 more minutes in the oven…after the first 15, the top was firm but the insides were very runny. So I just laid some aluminum foil loosely over the top and put it back in for 10. Also beat the eggs in a bowl first, then added them to the avocado. Super yummy and fun!
