Alysha Kyle; Was super easy to mix up. Only one bowl to wash:) Baked for about 1 hour 5 minutes and still a bit more moist than I would like. Maybe I’ll cook it a little longer next time or add less banana or applesauce. Tasty and will make again.
wendy macpherson; Moist and delicious. I reduced the cinnamon as it’s not a fav I also added chopped pecans. It took longer to cook than the recipe calls for.
Shannon Hart; So yummy! I added dark chocolate chips 😋 I only had to bake for 50 minutes and it was done! Doesn’t have a ton of banana flavor but it was still yummy!
Julie Perdue; I cooked it a little over an hour. I also don’t own a hand mixer so I mixed by hand and had no issues. The bread had more banana chunks but that’s the way I like it! It was very moist and had a perfect amount of sweet from the honey!
anita parker; This is so nice, well worth trying. I added grated ginger, almonds, walnuts, brasils and a mixture of dried fruit. Yummy!
