These easy, cheesy hash brown waffles are just the hack you need to simplify your breakfast routine!
What people says about this recipe?
Rebecca Henry; These were super yummy. Only issues were that they made a lot of steam/smoke from the waffle iron and left it a greasy mess. I had to wipe it down really well afterwards. But leftovers were delicious as a sandwich with cheese and pastrami.
Laura Wester; I made my own hash browns . Make sure you dry the potatoes really well after shredding them. Otherwise really good!
Mary Bigham; I did not have chives. I did add onion and garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of each, for extra flavor. These were A-hhh-mazing! Will be making again and often!!
Tory Miller; Beautiful and delicious! Added some garlic and onion powder, would go even heavier on the seasoning next time.
Lindsay DalPorto; Pretty good – needs a little something more. Next time I’ll probably add more chives & slightly less hashbrowns.
J A E – Z 💸; I shredded four potatoes, instead of using pre-shredded. The batter will get a bit watery between waffles, but you can strain it to help. This served two people with an extra portion left over. Very pleased with how it turned out and would make again.
Michaela; So so good, will definitely make again. I did a few little things differently to my own liking but over all a win! Served with sour cream and hot sauce and a side of sausage patties and turkey bacon! Both my boys 1 and 2 loved it my husband is a huge fan 🤗👍
Janie Hults; Delicious!! Recipe did not say to add salt to the mixture but i would recommend to add 1 tbsp for the whole batch.
Cailey Anderson; I put 3 extra eggs in and eyeballed the milk. I also added 2 cups of cheese based on the recipe feedback! Overall family liked it, I will season a little better next time…maybe add in some garlic and onion powder!
Aysegul Gokdag; Amazing❤ I’ve also put half onion very thin sliced and it worked out amazing! I was making an eggs benedict so I put 1 egg less 😁 I recommend for everyone to try 😇
