What people says about this recipe?
Samantha Buckner; Had family up this weekend & made this. Swapped out sausage for thick cut bacon from a local meat shop, added roasted red peppers, & used hash browns. It was a hit! Will make again!!
Michelle Schauer; Good, and not too difficult. I added one large, chopped jalapeno and salt. I used shredded hash browns because that’s what I had on hand, Recipe was a bit runny after cooked. If I try again I will leave the milk out all together.
Sarah Heinz; Delicious! I used the frozen shredded hash browns instead, and added tomato, mushroom, and spinach. Also required me to add two more eggs.
becky glisson; Totally forgot to thaw the potatoes. Kicked the temp up to 425° and baked for 45 minutes. Removed foil and baked 15 more minutes. We made breakfast burritos with salsa and sour cream, delicious!
Jenn Mettey-Bosshart; I made this on Christmas morning and it was a hit with the fam. Easy to put together and delish😋 will definitely make again.
Cassie Hampton; Made this for Mother’s Day, it was a hit! Everyone loved it and we even had it the next morning and it was still good warmed up!
Anna Curry; So yummy! Doubled the eggs, used a 32 oz. bag of frozen potatoes, and one green and one red pepper.
Amtina Roberts; This is so going in my meal rotations. I topped mine with pepper jack cheese. AAAwesome!
Samantha Burnett; I made this with Portuguese sausage & added a can of diced green chiles & served it with sour cream and salsa. A great recipe for breakfast meal prep 🤔✔️
Faye Pryor; I used 1lb pork mild 1lb hot breakfast sausage. Cooked hash brown in on top of stove about half way. I let set for two hours in fridge. Baked about an 1hour. Made on Christmas Morning. Everyone said it was delicious! Thank you.
