Daisy Zapata; Doubled the cinnamon and nutmeg like others and they came out delicious!! Will definitely make again.

Malene Pashalidis; Jumbo muffins. Delicious. I didn’t have wheat flour, so they were made with all purpose flour. I only used a pinch of the nutmeg (I’m not a fan of it). Other than that I followed the recipe and made a double batch. It made 6 jumbo and 12 regular cupcakes. Added chocolate chips to some and they we’re amazing!

Anjelica; AMAZING! Recipe makes moist and delicious banana nut muffins. Used AP flour, almond milk, and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp ginger.

Kat; This is a great recipe! I used organic whole wheat flour instead of white flour, and they came out fine. So glad I didn’t throw out those black bananas!😁

Tessa Russell; Turned out delicious! I made a couple of modifications. I used 1 3/4 C of mashed bananas, replaced the white sugar with 1/4 C Monksweet, and replaced the brown sugar with just under 1/4 C of Lakanto plus 2 tsp Molasses. Made six jumbo sized muffins. I baked them for 30 minutes.

Marianna Kiva; Absolutely easiest and quickest pastry to make. No need for a mixer. 2 bowls and wooden spoon was sufficient. Is becoming my most favourite recipe.

Jilisa Caine; These came out perfectly! I add chocolate chips and half a tsp of almond flavor! It added to the nutty taste of the walnuts! I also used unsalted butter instead! For the topping I mixed the walnuts, chocolate chips, and 2 tsp of dark brown sugar, mixed it all in a bowl and sprinkled it on top! I baked them for 30 min then turned the oven off and let stay in for 5 min then took them out to cool. These were so good! Pretty much I tweeted the whole recipe but it was deliciously yummy!!

LaTonya Porter; I made these for my 14-month old twins so I omitted the nuts. I used almond flour meal in place of the wheat flour and used left over banana baby food. The girls loved them! They both ate three muffins each at snack time! I loved them too. Sooo good!
