Laurel Fraser; I used combination of hot and mild Italian sausage. Also only had sharp cheddar so I combined with mozzarella. I will make this again. DH loved it.
Kate DeRosa; This was a huge hit. Its even better the next day; just throw it on the stove to reheat, add a little more cheese, and you’ve got the prefect breakfast burrito!
Thelma Tamez-Gardner; Super easy! Made it Christmas morning. Definitely thaw potatoes. I added bell peppers with the onions and sauteed with sausage. Next time i plan to add rotel. It was a hit! I will be making this more often!
Mel Marie; Made this for breakfast on Christmas and it was great!! Christmas caught me without onion in the house, so I used mixed peppers. Also used sharp cheddar instead of mild. So so good. Next day even better. DEF cook the hash browns first.
Tracy Bolin; We made this Christmas, for our Boozy/Brunch! It was a hit, so delicious. I put ham instead of sausage & shredded potatoes instead of cubes. So very delicious 😋😋
Beverly Carr; Very easy to make & delicious. I recommend thawing hash browns & drying them a bit on a paper towel. We will enjoy this meal often.
Danielle Ivers; Made this last week and it was pretty good. I would add seasoning to the potatoes before you add the egg mixture and mix it up, maybe even precook them a bit. They seemed very starchy in the cassarole. I added some cheese in the mix and a lot on top. I also added cottage cheese to the egg mixture to add creaminess.
Latoya Gonzalez; I made mine with potatoes that cut, fried and prepared as the recipe shows. It was delicious and easy.
