A different take on traditional biscuits and gravy, this easy breakfast casserole is a fun way to mix things up at the breakfast table.
What people says about this recipe?
Rebecca Huffman; Absolutely amazing. I cooked the sausage on a little higher heat to form a grizzle in the bottom of the pan, then added a splash of water to get it up, turned the heat to a lower medium heat finished cooking the sausage thoroughly, then added the milk. This is a new fave for a cold night or morning. Thank you 😊
Meredith Sather; This was really good! I followed the recipe to a T. I definitely wouldn’t cook it for a full 20 minutes at the end. By that time, the gravy had mostly been soaked up by the biscuits. Next time I’ll do 10 to 12 minutes.
Brittney Hernandez; Great! I did take some shortcuts though. I decided to buy the gravy and biscuits and instead of breakfast sausages, I used mini smokehouse sausages. My only thing that I wish I should’ve done was to buy more gravy to pour on the top. Other than that this was good 😁
Shawnda Ray; Third time to make. I use more sausage than the recipe calls for. And any biscuit will work. Yummy!!
The Mountain Bluebird Co.; I added eggs to the middle before topping with the remaining biscuits. Top with cheese! So good.
Rebecca Marie Smith; Family absolutely 💙loved💙 this dish. It is definitely a winner in ny household. 10 Thumbs Up!!
Emily (Sheffield) Bartholomew; Amazing! We only had an 8×8 pan but it still turned out perfect. The flavors and textures were spot on and SOOO easy! My husband made me promise to make this regularly. Thanks!
Ginger Girgich; Grandkids loved this one. I used Jimmy Dean sausage Country styled turned out great. Was so good had to make it again the next morning.Easy and quick to make. Was a big hit with whole family.
Nicole Trinidad Padilla; Great recipe. Cheated with pioneer brand biscuit gravy (2 packages), made with pork sausage, and used 2 cans of biscuits. Turned out amazing!!! 13×9 pan.
